From Boonwurrung Country in Southern Victoria to Yadhaigana land in Northern Queensland, TeamKids is proud to walk a path of reconciliation.

Our mission to enrich children’s lives comes with a deep responsibility: to ensure future generations grow up connected to, and respectful of, the world’s oldest living cultures—those of First Nations Peoples.
With a network of over 45,000 families, 2,500 educators, and 220 school partnerships, we are committed to walking alongside our communities to create lasting impact.

Our Vision
We envision a unified, equitable Australia that honours the cultures, knowledge, and experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise their deep connection to Country and value the ancient wisdom they bring.

We strive to create culturally safe, inclusive spaces where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, children, and families feel a strong sense of belonging and connection.
We see First Nations children as the creators, thinkers, and leaders of today and tomorrow—and are dedicated to amplifying their voices, stories, and contributions.
Through culturally respectful programs, environments, and training, we nurture awareness, empathy, and collaboration—empowering all children to become agents of positive change.

Walking Together
We celebrate First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, skies, and waterways on which we live and work. This respect is embedded across everything we do—from our daily programs to our procurement practices and partnerships.
Our Reconciliation Action Plan is a living document. We are committed to continuous learning and meaningful action to embed reconciliation in every layer of our work and relationships.
